The road, also known as the mainland portion of Highway 17, is a 40 km four-lane expressway, linking Highway 17 in Delta, along the south side of the Fraser River, to Highway 15 in Surrey and to the Golden Ears Bridge.

In 2015, CC&L Infrastructure invested in the construction of the Southgate Solar Project, a 50-megawatt solar facility located in western Ontario that produces enough clean energy to meet the needs of approximately 8,400 homes in the province each year.

Along with its consortium partners, CC&L Infrastructure worked with the Alberta Transportation to design, build finance and operate more than 30 km of six- and eight-lane divided highway, 14 interchanges, 47 bridges, as well as a tunnel and several crossings.

The Trio Creek Hydro Project is a 25-megawatt run-of-river hydroelectric project located near Harrison Lake, British Columbia. CC&L Infrastructure completed construction of these facilities in partnership with the project developer and local First Nations, with the project reaching full operations in 2024.

CC&L Infrastructure is partnered with Alpenglow Rail in the ownership and management of USA Rail Terminals, a leading rail logistics company with terminals strategically positioned in key Gulf Coast markets within the United States.

CC&L Infrastructure is partnered with Alpenglow Rail in the ownership and management of VIP Rail, a strategic short-line rail logistics business with two terminals located in Sarnia, Ontario.

The White River Hydro Project is a 19-megawatt run-of-river hydroelectric project comprised of two generating sites and a transmission line located in northern Ontario.

In 2015, CC&L Infrastructure invested in the construction of the Windsor Solar Project, a 50-megawatt solar facility located in Windsor, Ontario that produces enough clean energy to meet the needs of approximately 9,200 homes in the province each year. Summary: The project achieved commercial operation in 2016 following a twelve month construction period, which employed hundreds of workers from across Ontario in all aspects of the project – from manufacturing and assembly of solar panels and inverters, to site construction, installation and project operations.
