Lorraine Chen is the Chief Financial Officer at CC&L Infrastructure and oversees financial reporting, taxation and compliance of the firm’s infrastructure investments.

Lorraine has over 10 years of experience in the infrastructure sector. Previously, Lorraine held positions at an international accounting firm and, more recently, was a Vice President and Controller at an international renewable energy developer where she was involved in North American, African and Asian projects.

Lorraine earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree (Honours) from Wilfrid Laurier University. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA).
