Ryan Lapointe is a Managing Director on the CC&L Infrastructure investment team, where he is responsible for leading the origination and execution of new transactions. Ryan represents the firm on the board of a number of infrastructure projects and portfolio companies. Ryan is also a member of the firm’s Responsible Investment Steering Committee, where he helps lead the development, implementation and communication of CC&L Infrastructure’s responsible investment approach. 

Ryan has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. Prior to joining CC&L Infrastructure in 2016, Ryan was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse, where he advised on a wide range M&A and financing transactions, primarily in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Prior to this, Ryan worked in the M&A group at RBC Capital Markets. 

Ryan earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University and a Master of Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. Ryan is a CFA charterholder.
