Graham Lougheed is a Controller, Funds at CC&L Infrastructure and is responsible for financial reporting, taxation and compliance of the firm’s infrastructure funds.

Graham has over 10 years of experience in the financial industry. Prior to joining CC&L Infrastructure in 2025, Graham was a Controller for one of Canada’s largest Private Equity firms where he was responsible for financial reporting. Graham also had a tenure at an international accounting firm, with a focus on reporting for financial institutions.

Graham earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA).
