Martine Becker is the Chief Financial Officer of CC&L Infrastructure, where she oversees the financial operations, reporting and compliance functions across the firm’s infrastructure investments. Martine has over 15 years of experience in finance, accounting and infrastructure investment management. Prior to joining CC&L Infrastructure in 2025, Martine held senior finance roles at Fiera Infrastructure, where she supported the firm’s growth. Earlier in her career, Martine worked in financial reporting at HudBay Minerals, a mid-sized Canadian mining company and at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Martine holds a Master of Management and Professional Accounting degree from Rotman School of Management at University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts from University of Western Ontario. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and serves as Co-Chair and Board Member of Best Buddies Canada.
