
Moira Turnbull-Fox
Head of Asset Management & Managing Director
Moira Turnbull-Fox is a Managing Director on the CC&L Infrastructure asset management team, where she is responsible for leading the team, ongoing investment valuations and asset compliance. Moira represents the firm on the board of a number of infrastructure projects and portfolio companies. She is also a member of the firm’s Responsible Investment Steering Committee, where she helps lead the development, implementation, and communication of CC&L Infrastructure’s responsible investment approach.
Moira has over 30 years of experience in the financial and infrastructure industry. Prior to joining CC&L Infrastructure in 2021, Moira was a Managing Director and Deputy Head of the global asset management team for DIF Capital Partners, where she managed a global portfolio of assets in sectors including P3 (schools, hospitals, roads, student accommodation), renewable energy (solar, wind, hydro), economic infrastructure (toll roads, oil pipeline and storage, container and railcar leasing) and digital assets. Prior to this, Moira worked as an investment banker, equity developer, and financial advisor in the infrastructure sector.
Moira earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and Astrophysics from King’s College, London University, and a Master of Business Administration from Warwick Business School, University of Warwick, where she also undertook modules in Corporate Social Responsibility. Moira is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales. In addition to volunteering as a reading assistant at her local elementary school, she served on the governing body as Treasurer and Governor for Special Educational Needs and the Gifted & Talented program.
