Monty Baker serves on the CC&L Infrastructure Independent Advisory Committee and has extensive experience working with both public and private corporations and pension boards. He is a former Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and until his retirement in 2011, held the position of Vice President, Global BTO HR Solutions at IBM. Mr. Baker has served on several boards and committees, most recently on the Slate Office REIT Board of Trustees, the Stelco Holdings Inc. Board of Directors and the OMERS Board of Directors. He is also a former member of the PwC Partners Board and the Global PwC Consulting Advisory Board.

Mr. Baker earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and Chartered Director.
