Patrick Gilmour is a Director on the CC&L Infrastructure asset management team, where he is responsible for strategic asset management, enhancing value and managing risk across the firm’s portfolio of infrastructure assets. Patrick represents the firm on the board of a number of infrastructure projects and portfolio companies. Patrick is also a member of the firm’s Responsible Investment Steering Committee, where he helps lead the development, implementation and communication of CC&L Infrastructure’s responsible investment approach. 

Patrick has nearly 15 years of experience in the financial industry. Prior to joining CC&L in 2021, Patrick held various positions at Infrastructure Ontario and Forum Asset Management, where he led a team that managed approximately $1.6 billion of assets, including several P3 projects and renewable power assets, among others.  

Patrick earned a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree from the University of Ottawa.
