Ryan Lapointe is a Managing Director and a member of CC&L Infrastructure’s investment team, where he is responsible for leading the origination and execution of new transactions. Ryan also represents the firm on the board of a number of our infrastructure projects and portfolio companies.

Ryan has more than 20 years of industry experience, most recently as a Managing Director at Credit Suisse where he advised on a wide range M&A and financing transactions, primarily in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Prior to this, Ryan worked in the mergers and acquisitions group at RBC Capital Markets.

Ryan earned a Master of Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University. Ryan is a CFA charterholder.
