Regina Bypass P3 Project
Saskatchewan, Canada
The parkway is part of an essential high-traffic trade artery between Canada and the United States, encompassing an approximately 11km corridor, including a six-lane highway with adjacent service roads, interchanges, connecting structures, pumping stations, and recreational areas.
The Rt. Hon. Herb Gray Parkway, also known as the Windsor-Essex Parkway, is a public-private partnership (P3) highway project with the Province of Ontario, originally procured under the design, build, finance, operate, and maintain model. This infrastructure facilitates the movement of people and goods while reducing congestion and heavy truck traffic in residential areas.
