South Fraser Perimeter Road P3 Project

The road, also known as the mainland portion of Highway 17, is a 40 km four-lane expressway, linking Highway 17 in Delta, along the south side of the Fraser River, to Highway 15 in Surrey and to the Golden Ears Bridge.

The South Fraser Perimeter Road was developed under a public-private partnership (P3) model in collaboration with the Government of British Columbia. This infrastructure supports the movement of people and goods, facilitates economic growth, increases transportation choice and provides better connections to designated population growth areas.
